About this Event

In light of recent developments from the CORONA-19 outbreak this event will be hosted now as a free to attend webinar - we will also be shifting the focus on to how to create a positive work environment remotely and how to move forward as a company.

It can be easy to get bogged down in day-to-day tasks, but this afternoon we are taking pause to reflect on how we make our places of work a more enjoyable and productive place to be.

Katrina Larkin, Co-Founder & Head of Experience at
 Fora Workspace. A pioneer in the festival world, Katrina co-founded The Big Chill Festival in 1994. The event grew to become an internationally recognised brand. In the process, The Big Chill spawned an entire industry of similar events and boutique festivals in the UK. In 2013 Katrina began working with Brockton Capital Fund II L.P. on the redevelopment, rebranding and curation of Camden Lock Market, with great success. In 2014, Katrina joined Market Tech, overseeing 16 acres of Central London real estate.

Founded by Enrico Sanna and Katrina Larkin, Fora’s story began with the development of the first site in Old Street which opened in February 2017. Fora currently occupies 11 buildings, with secured pipeline for 2020 and beyond


Rob Grundel 
creates space and facilitates the conversations and actions needed to enact long lasting, felt change. Through his own change agency Somekind he’s built long term relationships with leaders to help them in building their own personal vision, courage and resilience in the face of uncertainty.

As part of this work he’s built change programs for a marketing department for a Swiss luxury goods company to entirely reframe their innovation process; run storytelling programs in New York for a top 5 consultancy which gave him the brief “kill powerpoint”; and guided the leadership team of a Dutch programmatic advertising company in the launch of a new product.

Jess Gosling
 is a multidisciplinary international professional with an eclectic experience of working in public, private and third-sector companies and institutions. She has spent over six years abroad in Asia, MENA, Caucasus and Balkan regions as well as Central America.

Using this fluidity of experience, she specialises in brand, culture, strategy, community building and business development with a breadth of interdisciplinary expertise internationally. Her experience includes working with startups, managing a platform with a six-million readership, through to the British Government to United Nations deployment spanning technology, civil society/community engagement, professional services, fintech in both B2C and B2C.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jess has founded the professional network Growth & Grace Collective seeking to mix-up the narrative of upskilling professionals, networking and community-building across industries. In addition, she presently works at the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in the international affairs space focusing on cultural diplomacy.
