We are delighted to be welcoming guest speakers Laura Clark and Madeline Blackburn to this special one-off virtual breakfast meeting.

Studies show that half a million more people in the UK are set to encounter mental health difficulties this year. That amounts to 1 in 6 workers experiencing depression, anxiety, or problems relating to stress at any one time.

The question is... what can we do to help ourselves? During this session Laura Clark Nutrition will provide you with top tips and recipes to aid your health and wellbeing, as we all adjust to new routines and expectations. We will also discover how meditation can help us be mentally and emotionally fit thanks to Madeline Blackburn, Founder of The Soul Spa.
