  1. Where are you?

3 Newbridge Square is a modern, eight-storey office building occupying a prime position in the heart of Swindon town centre, adjacent to the main bus station and a short walk to the railway station and town centre with all its associated amenities

  1. How would you describe your space?

Comprising over 16000 sq ft, Fig Swindon offers an array of over 50 individual offices split over 2 floors of the former Tri Centre 3 building. Sizes range from 1 workstation, up to a whole floor of 100+.

All offices come inclusively priced, covering all utilities, business rates, furniture and free local and national calls.

  1. Who will I meet there?

Fig Offices are managed and maintained through a team of 2 industry and sector specialists who work only on a 5 * customer service and consultative approach.

Sharon Lewis is the Client Services Assistant who will look after the day to day needs of clients and manage meeting room bookings.

Gemma George, the Centre Manager, will look after the overall operations and sales of the centre. Together the diverse and experienced duo make an approachable, expert and professional team.

  1. Can I bring my team (do you have offices as well as co-working)?

The centre offers coworking space on rolling or fixed-term contracts to suit.

Working in an ever-changing shared environment, this collaborative approach suits many styles of business and is designed to integrate small businesses into the Fig community.

  1. Is there somewhere for me to meet clients?

On the ground floor, at the entrance, we have a large and welcoming reception area.

This area is efficiently operated between 7 am and 7 pm by our in house reception staff.

We are fortunate to be able to offer 2 break out spaces within the centre, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are perfect for informal meetings and communal spaces.

  1. Do you run any events?

Fig Offices pride themselves on being at the heart of the business community and offering a wealth of business and community support where ever we can.

We have hosted a plethora of events from charity events and community groups, through to large corporate events.

Being able to support local businesses both internal and external is a passion for the team and so we’ll always provide the very best support for growing interests and accommodate each client's preferences and budgets.
