1. In your own words – what do you do?

Ntegra solve business problems using technology; we help our clients solve business challenges using innovative technology and proven delivery methodology.

We provide the skills, resource and knowledge needed to deliver technology projects from inception right the way through to implementation and launch.

Whether you need expertise in Technical Architecture, an experienced QA and Testing team or the support to deliver a project from end to end Ntegra can help.

The type of projects we specialise in are; building collaboration tools for the digital workplace, business intelligence and analytics and legacy IT estate management.

2. Who are your clients?

Ntegra has a growing portfolio of large enterprise clients who we have long-established and trusted
relationships with, including; Vodafone, Waitrose, Dentsu Aegis Network, Group M, Baillie Gifford,
Adidas and Primark.

3 What’s the most exciting thing about what you’re doing?

No two days are the same at Ntegra. We are working in an industry where everything is always evolving and never stagnant.

What might be the best solution for one customer might not necessarily work for another and so, a new journey of discovery begins for us.

One of the really interesting elements of our business is Innovation@Ntegra, this was set up to enable us to introduce our clients to emerging technologies and creates partnerships with start-ups from all over the world including Silicon Valley and Israel.

Our relationships with leading global technology venture capital firms mean we are fortunate to have access to the cream of the crop of emerging and disruptive technology startups.

For example, our team met with Salesforce when they were a start-up working out of a loft in downtown San Francisco.

4 How big is your team?

In total, we have a headcount of around 80 people which is a combination of full-time members and specialist project-based contractors.

The feedback from the team has been positive about our work culture.

We work in an environment where we are encouraged to have a sustainable work/life balance, everyone is passionate about what they do and are fully supported by their peers.

5 We know you're hiring at the moment - what roles are available and where do we find details?

We are currently looking for Junior, Mid and Senior Developers.

These are advertised on the Ntegra LinkedIn page, alternatively, you can contact our Director of
Resourcing & Talent Acquisition, Pete Usher.

6. What tools/people/services/organisations helped you most?

When we moved to Swindon, we initially found a home in Desk Cowork in Old Town. Desk gave us access to a range of small companies and freelancers who helped us with web design, marketing etc.

We grew rapidly and found our new home in Workshed.

Workshed has helped us embed ourselves in the local tech community, find other partners to help us on our journey – the growth of our network has helped in all aspects of the growth of our business – including finding amazing people to join our team.

7. What’s the best thing about being based in Swindon?

Workshed and Switch on to Swindon highlight the potential there is in the town to build a technology community.

Coupled with Swindon College becoming one of a handful of Technology Institutes across the country there are some very positive indicators for the future of technology-based businesses in the area.

In the meantime, we have some world-class large employers in the town including Nationwide and Zurich, both of which are working closely with start-ups to foster growth and innovation.

8. What support does the tech scene need in Swindon?

We need more start-ups and technology companies to provide critical mass for community growth – ideally located in the town centre to drive regeneration.

Currently, we have some great companies, however, we need more – otherwise, there is a risk that some companies may choose Reading or Bristol rather than Swindon where there are more mature ecosystems.

It would also be great to see more collaboration between our large employers (not just Nationwide and Zurich) and smaller startups – it will help drive growth and prosperity in the town.
